Kim Kardashian doesn't shy away from sharing everything with her millions of followers, and on Monday, the mogul used her influence to draw international attention to a touching story of a man named Adam who was recently diag**sed with cancer and struggling to
find a
bone marrow match.*
Kardashian heard the story through a
friend who's child goes to school with Adam's son. She shared his diag**sis and account
on Facebook, and encouraged fans to join in the
bone marrow registry.*

"He is 31 and a father of three who was recently diag**sed with an aggressive blood cancer called
primary myelofibrosis," she wrote on Facebook. "He is desperately searching for a
