TORKHAM: The Primary suspect in the Barrister Fahad Malik murder case was arrested on Sunday, from the Torkham border.
Sources disclosed to Geo News how the
suspect named Raja Arshad, obtained a one-month visa from Afghanistan's Quetta consulate on August 24. Before this, the
suspect had been on interim transit remand till August 30. The court had cancelled his passport and placed Arshad's name on the exit control list.
The other
suspect **minated in the
Fahad Malik murder case named **man alias **mi Khokhar was presented on Sunday at a local court in Islamabad. The
suspect refused to answer any questions that were posed to him.
The court granted police a three-day physical remand of the
suspect and issued instructions to have **man's medical check-up completed and then dis***** him to the concerned court.
Fahad
Malik was the brother-in-law of London-based businessman Zulfi Bukhari, who is a close friend of PTI chairman Imran Khan. He was gunned down on August 15 outside Shalimar police station when he had gone to mediate a
case between two parties, Tariq
Malik and duo Raja Arshed and Nauman Khokhar.
