VIENNA (Reuters) - A global agreement on
cutting the use of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) - potent
greenhouse gases used in aerosols, refrigerants and air conditioning - seems within grasp,
delegates said on Sunday after ten days of talks on climate change in Vienna.
