ISLAMABAD: PTI chief Imran Khan handed over the task of pacifying disgruntled party leaders to Jahangir Khan Tareen.
According to sources, Jahangir Khan
Tareen has already contacted
disgruntled PTI
members of National Assembly and Provincial Assembly. Reportedly,
Tareen assured them that their apprehensions would be solved within four to five days.
Sources also revealed that the discontented PTI party
members warned
Tareen that if their concerns were **t addressed then they would rally the public in protest on July 29 against the KP government.
It had been revealed by sources that PTI chief
Imran Khan had initially directed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak with pacifying the
disgruntled PTI members. However, Khattak had claimed that the reservations of the party
members were illogical.
The previous day, some
disgruntled elements from within the party had voiced their displeasure at the attitude of provincial ministers and on the issue of distribution of funds.
