Graceffa an**unces new YA
book set in a dystopia
LOS ANGELES —
Joey Graceffa is tapping into the YA space.
The YouTube star an**unced Thursday the launch of his first fiction
book Children of Eden, which is set in a dystopia.*
“It's kind of based off of where I foresee our world going to, which is self-destruction,"
Graceffa said in his an**uncement video (above).
This is Graceffa's second book, following the success of his 2015 memoir
In Real Life: My Journey to a Pixelated World.*
He came up with the idea after wrapping his YouTube ******
Storytellers, though he initially thought it would work better as a film concept.
"Hopefully this will be one of those cases where my
book will eventually become a movie," he said in the video. "That’s the dream, that’s the goal.”
