combatted misogyny at the
Republican convention by
buying shirts
It seems like everyone at this week's
Republican National Convention is trying to make a statement, but one
Activist put her money where her mouth is.
A particularly aggressive vendor, whose specialty was
shirts that said "Hillary Sucks, but **t Like Monica" on the front and "Trump That Bitch" on the back, reportedly also yelling those phrases over and over near the arena.*
It really bothered Sarah Wellington.*
She attended the RNC with
We Will **t Be Silent, a project in which artists and activists respond to, "current social justice issues, encouraging creative, direct public actions" through the use of language on
shirts and signs, according to their website.
