CHARSADDA: A local resident on Tuesday demanded disciplinary
action against a doctor for distorting facts in a medico-legal report and cops of the City
police Station for violating his privacy on the basis of that very medical report.
Speaking at a press conference here, Mian Kamran Shah said that he and his neighbour picked up a fight after exchange of harsh words over a petty issue on June 11. He said Khadim Shah sustained mi**r injuries in the quarrel and returned home after receiving first aid at the hospital. The
Citizen said the
police deputed at the Casualty Department of the hospital lodged the preliminary report to complete the legal formalities. The local elders became active to settle the dispute.
He alleged that later Dr Inamullah at the District Headquarters Hospital issued a fake medical report and declared the injuries sustained by Khadium Hussain serious which complicated the case.The
Citizen alleged that the city
police lodged first information report
against him and his brothers on the basis of the false report on June 28.
He added that the
police led by the Station House ******r Imran Khan raided his house without any search warrant and misbehaved with the female family members. He accused the
police of taking Rs0.5 million from and 20 tolas of gold ornaments during the raid.
However, the SHO Imran Khan rejected the accusations, saying the FIR had been lodged after following proper procedure. He claimed that Kamran Shah and his brothers attacked Khadim Shah, tortured him and took away Rs0.3 million from his shop as well.
