shootings in Dallas that left five

Writing on his local force's
Facebook page, Lee Sjolander issued an appeal to his
fellow ******rs to stay calm and kind following the events of this week and to remember that "it's **t 'us vs. them'" when it comes to policing.
His thoughts have resonated far beyond the small city itself, with 2,800 reactions at the time of writing and almost 1,000 shares on Facebook.
Sjolander begins the **te by laying out the role of law enforcement and listing some of the expectations the public has of those that are employed to protect them.
