wedding Anniversary on Saturday, and although they weren't actually together for the occasion, they still managed to make it extra special. During his concert in Mansfield, MA, on June 25, the country singer made sure that his wife felt the love all the way in Australia. In addition to

Keith also talked to the packed crowd about
their sweet love story and shared a hilarious throwback photo from the first night they met. His fans also made sure to get in on the celebration, making adorable signs in the front row that read, "Happy anniversary,
Nicole and Keith!"
The couple initially
planned on being together in Boston for the big day, but because of last minute filming schedule changes to the second season of Nicole's show,
