Thom Yorke mumbling about at the end of 'Daydreaming'?

Radiohead's new song "Daydreaming" — which dropped Friday with an eerie, Paul Thomas Anderson-directed video — is a very, very slow build.*
Beginning with a minimal pia** riff,
Thom Yorke's voice doesn't come in until around 1:20. Tortured vocals appear the 2-minute mark, and half a minute later is when the tempo finally starts the quicken. Omi**us strings show up 5 minutes in.*
