Clocked doing an astounding 265.5 mph, the American-made Hennessey Ve**m GT Spyder is **w officially the
world's fastest convertible.
It smashed the previous world's-fastest
convertible record set by the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Vitesse by more than 11 mph.
The Texas-based carmaker Hennessey also set a**ther record with its Ve**m GT hardtop in 2014 when it reached 270.4 mph at the*Kennedy Space Center.
