Sacked Uttarakhand Chief Minister
Harish Rawat on Sunday said the BJP-led central government was "after the blood of the state government" from the very start. Union finance minister Arun Jaitley however justified the move, saying Uttarakhand was a 'text-book case' for enforcing President's rule.
