A dying woman's wish — to
find the perfect new family for her three
dogs — has
finally come true.
Kathleen Zuidema's
Facebook post seeking a
home for the "Aussie Posse" swept the Internet last month, prompting kind comments, thousands of shares and even
erroneous reports that a
home had already been found.
Those reports worried Zuidema, who has been fighting
cancer for a year and a half. What if ** more prospects came forward? But **w, she's breathing a sigh a relief.

Danielle Cochran, who lives on the same Washington State island as Zuidema, came across Zuidema's request on Facebook. She talked
with Zuidema's husband about potentially adopting the Aussie Posse, but that plan was quickly halted when she saw a false report stating that the
dogs had already found a home.
