posted on a Facebook page managed by the prime minister's ******.
A similar request was posted to a Twitter account run by the Belgium Crisis Center.
On
its website, the center also asked that
Belgians avoid making phone calls if they are **t "strictly necessary," and to "tell friends via social networks or via SMS to
avoid saturating the telephone networks."
