NEW YORK, July 27 (Reuters) - India's
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals' proposed
generic version of
Bayer AG's Finacea, a gel for treating the common skin condition rosacea,
infringes Bayer's patent, a U.S.
court ruled on Monday.
