Festival will be held at the Fairplex, formerly k**wn as the Los Angeles Country Fairgrounds, in Pomona, California, just outside Los Angeles. The
Festival will be held Aug. 1 to 2 and early-bird tickets will go on sale tomorrow, March 13.
