Teenager sent to protection center for theft
 

Police here committed a teenager who stole two cell phones from a store to the Social Protection Center for juvenile delinquents. The store's owner spotted two people stealing cell phones from inside the store late at night and he called the police and provided them with descriptions of the thieves.
