United States says role for Iran in tackling Islamic State
 

UNITED NATIONS, Sept 19 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Friday that there was a role for Iran to play in the global effort to tackle hardline Islamic State militants, who have seized swathes of territory in Iraq and Syria.
