Muslim aid worker Pervez Abdullah Rafiq, who can also be seen in this video speaking about Henning, delivered the message. Rafiq was one of the organizers of the aid convoy Henning was traveling with before he was kidnapped in December 2013. Henning was seen at the end of a video released on September 13 showing the beheading of a**ther British man, David Haines. That footage can be seen here (warning: graphic).
