شارك عدد كبير من نجوم الوسط الفني في عزاء والدة الفنان علاء المرسي، والذي أقيم بمسجد القوات المسلحة بمدينة نصر.

وكان في مقدمة الحضور الفنان محمد هنيدي، الذي تربطه علاقة قوية بعلاء مرسي منذ بدايتهما الفنية، كما حضر الفنانون أحمد بدير وأشرف زكي وأشرف **يلحي
