Britney and David have been dating for over a year and were last seen out and about together around LA earlier this month, as well as in sweet photos on Britney's Instagram feed. She's been staying busy performing in her Piece of Me show at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and spending time with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden.
