Airport train trial runs
 

The head of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, Prince Fahd bin Abdullah, witnessed the trial run of the airport train which will transport passengers from the King Abdulaziz International Airport's main terminals to departure gates. The trial run also included all luggage conveyors, escalators and the airport's sound system. The contractor, Saudi Binladin Group, has also completed bridges that connect Jeddah's main roads directly to the airport's terminals.
