Monsoon enters lull in Himachal
 

Shimla, July 31 (IANS) After days of moderate to heavy rainfall, the southwest monsoon Thursday entered a period of lull in the hills of Himachal Pradesh with ** rain in most of the areas. "Precipitation occurred at a few places during the past 24 hours (since Wednesday). The maximum temperature increased by two to three degrees, while the minimum increased by one to two degrees," the local Met ****** said.
