Large qat smuggling operation foiled
 

* ABHA - Police have foiled an attempt to smuggle 730 bundles of qat (a narcotic leaf) into Jeddah, according to spokesman Lt. Col. Abdullah Al-Shathan. A car driven by a man from an Asian country was pulled over after ******rs got suspicious of the vehicle. When he got out of the car, the man was very worried and seemed to be scared, said Al-Shathan. The ******rs searched the car and found the qat bundles hidden carefully inside the vehicle.
