</p> The Hollyoaks stars are known for taking countless selfies but this picture was snapped by the latest craze – the selfie stick.

Jennifer Metcalfe; who plays Mercedes McQueen, Steph Davis; who plays Sinead Roscoe and Mandip Gill; who plays Phoebe McQueen posed for a selfie and loved the latest piece of technology which consists of a long pole with a phone or camera holder attached to the end of it – in order to capture the best selfies in their entirety.

The stars didn’t have to worry about squeezing themselves in and struck their best poses as they give it a go.

Jennifer told her Twitter fans: “@scottyspecial so we gave the @selfystick a go everyone wants one”.

Steph then posted the snap on her Instagram account telling her followers: “Woo @scottyspecial selfie stick! Buzzing of jens… I need my own.. Selfie queen everyone get on them @missjenjomet @mandipgill_”
