This list doesn't include any rumored games, but instead focuses on games with precise release dates or targeted 2020 releases. And that is still quite a packed list, even with much of the year still a mystery as the PS5 and its games approach. We know of one confirmed PS5 game, along with some cross-gen games, but the PS4's final year includes exclusives The Last of Us Part 2, Ghost of Tsushima, Dreams, MLB: The Show 20, and more multiplatform games.
