Facing a crisis in Iraq that is threatening to pull the country apart, President Barack Obama took to the White House briefing room on Thursday to an**unce his latest decisions:

He said he was dis*****ing up to 300 military advisers to Iraq to assist the government in its fight against the radical militant group ISIL.
He left open the option of "targeted" military action in the future, and said the U.S. would increase its intelligence efforts in Iraq to identify targets...
