Leading for Purpose: The Case for a New Priority for Leaders of Worksite Wellness
 

A book written expressly for company leaders, designed to address what might be the best hope for worksite wellness, is the subject of this review. The HRI sponsor of the work suggests that organizational strategies will enable employees to find meaningful purposes from the work they do. They believe that through leadership and creativity, conditions can be structured wherein people are better able to achieve their hopes for satisfying work. Also, that this can occur in a context of peer friendship, family support, community recognition and improved personal wellbeing.
