ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Climate Change Zartaj Gul’s sister Shabnam Gul has been appointed as Director National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) Pakistan.Shamnam Gul was currently serving as Assistant Professor in Lahore College for Women.
