NAB can make arrests without prior notice, rules SC
 

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has ruled that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is authorised to arrest anyone without prior intimation if it has solid proof against the accused.A three-member bench headed by Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh issued the written order explaining the NAB’s arrest powers.
