A movie based on LEGOs probably shouldnâ??t have worked in the first place, so youâ??d imagine that aآ*sequelآ*to a movie based on LEGOs wouldnâ??t stand a chance. And yet here we are, itâ??s 2019,آ*Phil Lordآ*andآ*Chris Millerآ*are miracle workers, andآ*The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part is an unadulterated delight. The film picks up five years afterآ*The LEGO Movieآ*and everything is decidedly not awesome in Bricksburg. LEGO DUPLO from the great beyond have invadedâ??led by Queen Watevra Waâ??Nabi (Tiffany Haddish) and her incredibly named henchman General Mayhem (Stephanie Beatriz)â??and Emmet (Chris Pratt), Lucy (Elizabeth Banks), Batman (Will Arnett), Metalbeard (Nick Offerman), Benny (Charlie Day), and Unikitty (Alison Brie) will have to travel to the furthest reaches of theآ*houseآ*galaxy to stop it.آ*Mike Mitchellآ*and Trisha Gumآ*direct from a script by Lord and Miller.
