Add green chillies and onions, and sauté. Now add the mushrooms, and follow with ginger garlic paste and the powdered masalas. Add salt and fry the mushrooms till done. Finish the dish with a dash of black pepper powder. Serve hot with roti, fried rice or even hakka noodles.
