House insurance for daytime and overnight dog care?
 

Any recommendations for reputable house insurance company that will give reasonable quote for business cover for house in event of small scale dog boarding / dog day care. So far quotes have made a small scale business idea, and one that is popular with potential clients, seem impossible to implement. I've tried NFU ! Wesleyan and some others. All add several hundred pounds to regular insurance , as regarded as a business run from house and therefore house at risk of theft / damage, even though I know my clients and dogs well. The licensing fee with local council i could justify , but house insurance made it impossible. Ideas welcome, thank you.
