14 killed in Iraq attacks
Baghdad, June 2 (IANS) A total of 14 people were killed and 15 wounded in separate bombings and shootings across Iraq Sunday, police and medical sources said. In Anbar province, two soldiers were killed and as many injured as clashes erupted in southeastern the provincial capital city of Ramadi, some 110 km from Baghdad, Xinhua quoted a provincial police source as saying while requesting a**nymity. In a**ther incident, unidentified gunman opened fire on college students in Ramadi, killing a girl and injuring five students while heading to their college, the source said. In Fallujah city's Saqlawiyah town, two policemen, including an ******r, were killed and as many injured in a clash between Iraqi police and gunmen, the source added.
