Getting horse insured-clinical record.
 

Been gifted a lovely 6 yr old horse, he was vetted when bought 3 months ago by the person who gifted him to me. (Circumstances drastically changed. Not going into the whys & wherefores of this so please don?t ask/comment.). I want to insure him & have been asked for his clinical record. He has never seen or needed the vet since he was purchased 3 months ago so how do I go about getting his clinical record?
