Anxiety around horses
 

hi im 32 year old with kids and ponies the issue i have since having kids ive developed anxiety and always think im going to get 2 hoofs in the head if the ponies start acting up which makes my anxiety and the horses anxiety worse . i have loved horses all my life but this is just stealing my enjoyment of them has anyone gone through this or something like this ? :(
