Newbie to showing - show cobs?
 

Hi everyone, I was speaking to a groom at my yard the other day and he said that I should hog and de-feather my boy and cut his tail to his hocks, then show him as a ?proper? show cob. He?s an appy X cob, but I never thought he looked ?cobby? enough to fit the bill. I?d love to get into showing, as he has manners to die for and IMO is well put together (but I may be bias..!) but I have no idea what to ?class? him as!
