Google cofounder Sergey Brin admitted Tuesday that he should **t have been even "marginally" involved in the company's social network, Google+, claiming that he's "**t a very social person."

"It was probably a mistake," he said on stage at ReCode's first Code Conference near Los Angeles, "for me to be working on anything tangentially related to social to begin with."
