http://img-s-msn-com.akamaized.net/t...6&q=60&o=f&l=fAccording to a report by Business Insider, a high-intensity workouts not only offer an alternative to longer, lower intensity workouts, but they could even have greater physical benefits. The article suggests that people work out at close to 100% intensity for short periods of time instead of doing longer workouts that require a more moderate, 50-70% level of exertion. High-intensity workouts could be short sprints, circuits of body-weight exercises, or even weight and kettelbell routines. Jason Barone, a clinical director at an organization called Professional Physical Therapy, previously told Business Insider. "High-intensity training is kind of perfect for the busy schedule â?? you don't need a gym, you can do it at your home, you're looking at about a 20- to 30-minute workout."
