Neoprene wellies for fat legs?
 

My latest pair of cheap wellies are leaking in the snow :( They have lasted pretty well really, but as usual they have split in the places where they 'crease' around the ankles...So I am wondering about biting the bullet and buying a pair of neoprene wellies. The ones I have seen appear to be quite wide in the leg with adjustable buckles - is this an optical illusion? I would be gutted to fork out for a pair and then find that they crack and split like the cheaper ones :(I find it so annoying, my legs are not THAT fat (I'm a size 12?) but I always seem to find wellies tight in the calf so clearly I have fat calves :(
