Alilee Shalom Galilee caught this precious interaction at a market in Davao City in the Philippines.*

Although it was lightly raining, this little dog stayed dry with the help of its owner. After loading the pup into his bicycle basket and tucking it in with a plastic bubble wrap cape, the owner pulled out a tiny straw hat and securely fastened it around his dog's head.*
