Vendors resell Zamzam bottles
 

MAKKAH - The Ministry of Water and Electricity sent a letter to the Makkah Emir?s ****** complaining that 45,000 10-liter bottles of Zamzam water are resold by street vendors every month. The letter said many citizens and expatriates have been seen buying hundreds of bottles every day from the factory in the Kudai neighborhood then reselling the bottles to people outside the factory.
