Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has informed the National Basketball Association that he does **t accept his lifetime ban and refuses to pay the $2.5 million fine levied against him.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver recently issued the ban and fine against Sterling after recordings of Sterling making racist comments were revealed to the public.
