Expatriate held on theft charge
 

JEDDAH - Security patrols have detained an African national for allegedly breaking into cars and stealing their valuables. Makkah Province police spokesman, Lt. Col. Ati Al-Qurashi said police had received many complaints from citizens that their car?s contents have been stolen. He added that search and investigation teams were successful in identifying the alleged offender and detained him.
