Sensitive horse and dressage saddle/girth

Trying to find a dressage saddle for my sensitive TB. We?ve now tried 10 different makes/styles and nothing is working. He?s quite hard to fit - high withers, flat back, round barrel, v short coupled (in a 16.5? jump which fits perfectly). He?s incredibly sensitive and will tell you v quickly if he doesn?t like something! But today after trying saddle no 10, with a different master saddler (who said saddle #10 fitted theoretically perfectly), I?m wondering whether it?s the girth that might be causing an issue? Has anyone ever come across this before? He?s never worn a dressage saddle/girth to my knowledge, and is very girthy/sensitive around his belly, so could it be a case of him just not liking the change? Saddler has kindly let us borrow the dressage saddle to see if he gets used to it, so I?ve got a few days to play around and see if he just needs to get used to it (he absolutely HATES change and doesn?t hide it, ever!). I lunged him in it this evening but used a sheepskin over the girth and he was much less offended than earlier today. Or do I need to carry on trying different brands? The brands I?m yet to try are Fairfax, Equipe and Prestige, mainly due to price tag!
