Dat Battle Royale games momenteel erg populair zijn, blijkt wel uit de torenhoge spelersaantallen van Fortnite en PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. Ook Vostok Games komt nu met een game die gebaseerd is op dat spel principe: Fear the Wolves.
