The New York City Police Department stopped Alec Baldwin on Tuesday for riding his bicycle the wrong way on Fifth Avenue, then handcuffed and arrested him because he wasn't carrying identification. They ultimately charged with disorderly conduct for growing irate with the ******rs, a police spokesman told Mashable.

After he was stopped at around 10:15 a.m. ET at Fifth Avenue and 16th Street near Union Square, the 30 Rock actor was led into the back of a squad car and taken to the station house

"******rs asked him to identify himself and he didn't have ID," a New York City Police Det. Marc Nell told Mashable. "He then became a little belligerent with ******rs so they brought him back to the station house to be identified." Read more...
