Cordless trimmer - which ones?
 

I have got a set of Moser Adelar cordless trimmers which must now be getting on for 10yrs old. They haven?t been heavily used and in fact in recent years have not been used more than once or twice a year. The batteries don?t seem to last very long anymore and one set of blades has been badly sharpened so have quite sharp edges and therefore not safe to use. Between new batteries and blades I have come to the conclusion that it would probably more economical to buy a new set. I am tempted to buy exactly the same ones again as I know they are nice and quiet and need them to get my youngster used to being clipped but seem to remember that one of the batteries always used to go flat quickly so was wondering if anyone can suggest a reliable & quiet alternative.TIA
