Hi my 22 yr old has been off for over a year with lameness but is ok now. Been hacking him out in walk, but he is ?saggy in the middle? 😂😂😂 I would like some suggestions of excercises to help ?lift him? in the middle. He is advanced Dressage and has been in a decent level of work his whole life so the muscles are all there. Just need to get them working again.
