Ideas needed please.
I've just been told by the consultants at the hospital that I will be having an operation on my achilles tendon. It will mean a good 6 weeks in plaster.Anyhow, I work with horses. Taking time off work isn't a problem luckily, but the boredom aspect will be! I don't want to not go in (or get a lift in my case! lol) so I'm going to start planning on what I can do.I'll be on crutches, and initially non weight bearing. All I've come up with so far is tack cleaning!! What else around the yard can I do, in a sort of sitting down job? The waiting list is around the 3 month mark, so looking at April-May?This op has been much wanted, so I'm pleased and looking forward to life with out the pain!
